The Vicidial Group was founded in 2007 to provide a array of professional products and services to the rapidly growing national and international Vicidial user community.
Founding members of the Vicidial Group were Matt Florell from eflo.net, the creator of Vicidial, Frank Gorgas-Waller, Mike Cargile and James Pearson.
Frank Gorgas-Waller has been working as an independent consultant and in the Management of various Companies involved with Software Development, Hardware and Networking for over 25 Years now. In the last 5 Years Frank Gorgas-Waller has spend most of his time working with Asterisk in Call Centers. Frank is our expert for hosting, networks and hardware debugging, including ISDN, PRI, T1 and alike.
After returning to Germany in 2008 Frank Gorgas-Waller has devoted his time to improove the market position of Vicidial in Central Europe.
Vicidial.de is operated by Flyingpenguin.de UG (haftungsbeschränkt) as a Plattform for Vicidial services in the D-A-CH region and the greater EMEA Area.
Vicidial is a registered Trade Mark in the USA registrierte owned by Matt Florell who is the founder and original creator of Vicidial and the Astguiclient Project.
